The following prices are for a 7 night stay for two persons starting on any day:

HIGH SEASON - From 1st April to 30th September and from 21st December to 6th January - £320  
LOW SEASON - From 1st October to 20th December and from 7th January to 31st March - £280
(Except School Holiday Periods)

There is a supplement of £105 for each additional person.  

CHILDREN - Well behaved children are welcome. (Flats 1 and 2 only). There is no charge for under two year olds. Cot and high chair available. Please bring your own linen for the cot.

PETS - Please see terms and conditions re pets. A charge of £25 is made for each pet.

GROUPS AND HEN PARTIES
One night - £40 per person - We do not take bookings for Friday or Saturday nights only
Two night stays - £60 per person There is a minimum charge for 8 persons for each flat booked

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A MINIMUM DEPOSIT of 50% is required to secure your booking. For Short Breaks and discounted bookings the full balance may be required.  DEPOSITS ARE NON RETURNABLE and any balance due should be paid on your arrival.

PAYMENT ACCEPTED by cheque,bankers order/draft, electronic transfer,cash or any of the above Credit/Debit cards - There is a 2.5% surcharge on Credit Cards, Debit Cards no charge.

PRICES are determined by the number of persons stated at the time of booking.

EXTRA GUESTS must be notified to us in advance of their arrival and a charge will be made. If you fail to notify us of extra guests you will incur a pro rata charge for the full duration of the booking.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING or any part of it, you will loose your deposit and the balance will be charged in full unless the accommodation is re-let. We strongly recommend Holiday Insurance to cover cancellation.

NO REFUND will be given in the event of curtailment.

THE BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN FULL before access to the accommodation will be allowed. Any unpaid balance becomes due on the start date of the booking and should be paid on arrival at the very latest.

THE FULL HOME ADDRESS and contact details of the person making the booking and/or accepting responsibility must be provided before taking up the accommodation.

BREAKAGES, DAMAGE AND CLEANING. Given that we prepare the beds and clean the accommodation for each new guests arrival, the accommodation should be left in the condition in which it was found. The person making the booking will be held responsible for damages caused by any person in his/her party or anyone brought onto the premises by them. All breakages, damages and unreasonable cleaning costs will be charged for.

ALL PETS are only admitted by prior arrangement. Dogs must be well trained and are admitted only on the strict condition that they will not be left alone for any length of time whilst on the premises or allowed onto the furniture or into the bedrooms.

BREACH OF ANY TERM OR CONDITION OF BOOOKING may lead to access to the accommodation being refused. In this event no refund will be given in respect of any payments already made.
